Easy Apple Pie

Base: 1 Vanilla cake mix
1/2 Cup Coconut
125 g butter

Topping: 1 x 420g tin pie apple (roughly chopped)
1 x 300g sour cream (not light)
1 egg
Cinnamon & sugar

Mix cake mix, coconut & melted butter. Spread in greased slice tin.
Bake in moderate oven for 10 minutes
Spread apple over base. Combine sour cream and egg together and pour over apples.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the top.
Bake for a further 20 mins

Allow to cool in tin
