Biscuits

This is a recipe I got off Chookyblue some time ago. I have used it often. It makes such a big batch and you can freeze it.

Choc Chip Cookies (or smarties)

500gms butter
1 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 tin sweeten condescend milk
I pkt choc chips/smarties
5 cups S R four

Mix them all together and spoon onto tray. Cook for appox 10 mins.

Very easy and make lots. I made 11 dozen in this batch. I have frozen them to take to the river when we go in a couple of weeks

It is a great recipe isn't it! I've had that one for a few years. I haven't ever made it with smarties though! Shall have to try that! I usually put a packet of Cadbury Choc Bits - milk, and a packet of Cadbury Choc Bits - dark..... yummy choc overload!!
